prompt: audit the Python 3.11 default in Claude web/mobile session containers
Follow-up to ae0a440, which fixed the interpreter for this repo and
PyAutoBrain only. Records what was measured in a 2026-08-25 mobile
container — the /usr/local/bin 3.11 symlinks shadowing everything, the
image's own use-python switcher contradicting itself, the seven uv tools
built on 3.11, the PyYAML-less pytest that made the Brain suite
uncollectable — and scopes the rest: the other 35 repos in repos.yaml,
the tool set, and the library repos' real dependency installs.
