condemned: archive PyAutoHands pre-2023 history (442 commits) to the Gut

master carried the entire 2021-2022 history of PyAutoHands, orphaned by a
later history reset: no common ancestor with origin/main, pinned by no tag,
so nothing else reached those commits. Archived to PyAutoGut as
archive/condemned/pyautohands-pre-2023-history and verified by independent
clone-back (442 commits, tip 55da101c) before master was deleted.

Held undated (sweep-after: never) — original project history, including 261
commits by Richard Hayes and 91 by Jonathan Frawley.

branch_archive.yml could not perform this: PAT_PYAUTOLABS lacks the 'workflow'
scope and GitHub rejects PAT pushes introducing .github/workflows/release.yml.
