fix: review faculty --task resolves in-place (no-worktree) tasks

--task previously only looked under ~/Code/PyAutoLabs-wt/ and exited
"could not resolve any repo checkout" for tasks that develop in-place
(worktree: none), e.g. the assistant repos. Now falls back to the named
task's active.md `- repos:` block and resolves those checkouts at the
workspace root. Parses only the task's own repos block, never the bare
2-space claims other tooling reads. Found during assistant-benchmarks
(#57) whose gate had to fall back to --repo.
