Description

Extend the Telegram Alert Bot to support interactive commands (e.g., /status, /price XLM, /sentiment) and per-user/channel subscriptions.

Requirements / Context

• Move from "push-only" to "interactive".

Acceptance Criteria

• Command handlers for /sentiment and /trend.
• Simple DB-backed subscription list (who gets which alerts).
• "Silence" command to mute alerts for X hours.
