freezes when trying to chat with other staff

Describe the bug
In FiveM using the ps-adminmenu, navigating to Admin Menu > Staff Chat > Command and then scrolling down causes the menu to freeze. The interface becomes unresponsive, and the only way to recover is by restarting the game.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'admin menu'
2. Click on 'on staff chat'
3. Click on 'command'
4. Scroll down
5. now the menu is freezed and you cant do anything you cant even exit the menu you just need to resart the game

This issue consistently occurs when accessing the command section under staff chat in the ps-adminmenu. After scrolling, the entire menu becomes unresponsive — including the escape key — making it impossible to close or interact with any UI elements. This disrupts admin workflow during active sessions.
