No matter how many already segmented files I add, the accuracy remains at 0

Hello,
My thesis consists of segmenting femurs, respectively in preoperative planning for hip replacement.
I made 16 segmentations, corresponding to 16 subjects, each of 2 femurs, resulting in a number of 32 files available for training with Monai Label. I installed CUDA and the related driver and started the server. After that I started loading one segmentation at a time and submitting. It loaded, but the accuracy was displayed as 0. I decided to add more data because I hoped it would increase, but no results. Has anyone else encountered this problem?
