[Bug] Binding wrong card to pod when there are other vendor's gpus #9

I have a vm which has a dcu.
I joined this vm to k8s.
when I run a pod with dcu, here is an error:

After some investigations, we found that,
the dri device bound to the pod is a wrong device.

the device plugin chooses the DCU-X which is DCU-0 here, will bind /dev/dri/card0 to the pod

but it should be /dev/dri/card1 here.
