Please correct me if this is wrong: At this point EMI Trades does not work properly on servers with modified villager trades.
I have custom villager trades set up with Numismatic Overhaul. In Singleplayer everything works as expected: EMI Trades displays the correct, modified tradeing lists.
On a dedicated server on the other hand, the displayed lists revert to vanilla, even though in game the modified trading lists are applied to villagers.
To be fair: this might be a Numismatic Overhaul problem, but I am not sure.
