Design Leaderboard Screen

Acceptance Criteria

1. The Leaderboard Screen shall display each team's score and time for each challenge. Each challenge is scored individually. Challenge scores are calculated by how long it took a team to complete the challenge and the difficulty of the challenge.
2. The Leaderboard Screen shall display the current position of all the teams ordered by the highest score to the lowest score.
3. The Leaderboard Screen shall only be displayed to participants that have signed in to the application and participated in the Hunt.
