Design Sign In / Register Account Screen

Acceptance Criteria

1. The Sign In / Register Account screen must allow participants to register a new account.
2. When registering a new account, the participant's email address and password must be captured and store persistently in MongoDB. The participants' password must not be stored in the clear text.
3. The Sign In / Register Account screen shall allow for participants to optionally sign In with their Social Media account (Google, Facebook)
