Fix Edit Room & AI Optimize buttons, add map view to zones

- Rewrite rooms-workspace with Room Intelligence layout matching deployed UI
- Add working Edit Room dialog (name, building, floor, capacity, description)
- Add working AI Optimize dialog with recommendations and Apply action
- Add map view toggle to zones with SVG floor plan showing zone locations
- Zones map is color-coded by display status and clickable to select
