Assess using capture / bubble phase to dispatch a transaction's change operations first #47
Description
collecting on each operation's referrer (a createTransaction or performTransaction) the fact that a data service through capture/handle phase handle the changes operations whose targets are the object descriptors and was able to decide to handle them or not, such that at the end we have a full picture wether it's a one-step transaction or multiple data-service involved and needs to to 2-phase commit
