Description

As suggested.
You can freely to customized which houses have
it's owned TeamDelays which will replaced TeamDelays in [General].

Really useful to make friendly AI have same build rate (like you play on easy but have build rate like hard one) and reducing time needed to make trigger which asking ai to make team.

You can even use this to nerf friendly AI when you choose higher difficulty.

And since you can't really change single-player difficulty for each AI as they apply all difficulty to all AI this can be useful to determine which house should have small delay or long delay.

*by not apply TeamDelays into houses it's will use TeamDelays from [General] by default.
