Add hints for centering of images or text boxes #273

Expected Behavior

When an image/text box/any element is dragged around, visual hints for things like if the element is centered or not should be there. Like this.

Current Behavior

Spice-Up doesn't show any hints of the sort, either relative to the whole slide or to any other element.

Possible Solution

Add visual hints like other Office solutions.

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

Add an image
Try to center it, both horizontally and vertically
