Highlight vendor neutral certifications #88

It would be helpful if the roadmap highlights vendor-neutral certifications. Vendor-neutral certifications are not tied to a specific product or vendor and are generally considered to be more comprehensive and unbiased.

Hi, this is a future feature I am hoping to implement once I get javascript functions working. You will be able to highlight by criteria, and vendor neutral will be one of the criteria.
