HomeAssistant: How to discover what zone triggered the alarm?

When my alarm is triggered, I typically access the Home Assistant Logbook and review the event logs until I locate the event for alarm activation.

Then I search for the subsequent event that indicates motion detected in a specific zone.

How can I create a custom sensor or Home Assistant Helper to automate this process and provide the information directly?

Has anybody already did that?
