Issue Description

Diona have no head when viewed in character setup.

What did you expect to happen?

Their heads should show properly.

What happened instead?

The head is missing, but the 'hair' is still there.

Why is this bad/What are the consequences?

It's a visual bug.

Steps to reproduce the issue.

Open character setup for a Diona character.

When did the problem start happening?

I think it started after #27359 .
