I have a question for Step 4: Identifying stably phosphorylated sites and Step 5: Normalization and batch correction of data sets, as all my data are from a batch, having 4 control, 4 Exp, so in theory, I don't have batch effct. So do I still need to do these two steps, and if I do, I don't have other data to find the stably phosphorylated sites, could I use your dem three data sets to find the SPS?
