normalization of phosphosites to protein levels

Thank you for providing this great resource for phosphoproteomics analysis.

I had a question regarding normalization of the phosphosites to total protein expression. I couldn't find an example of it in your vignette, so, what do you think is best to be done about it? Can you mention the most reliable way that either you experienced or you have heard about?
