Have you got working enviroment witch all compatible libraries? I found most of libraries, but still it is not working. Propably new version of libraries are incompatible. Could you send me working enviroment with all libraries by email: [email protected] ?

For me just the PixelPusher Stuff seams dead. Any Idea on that library for processing?

@Staszek-org @diegegenlichtfront I see your comments (a little late for yours staszek 😬), but I have not even opened processing in over a year, let alone this project. If you get it working, feel free to make a pull request and I'll give it a shot!

(I worked on this project indirectly and can contact the main devs if needed!)

@brendanmatkin Ah i see :D Well im actually i'm not really a programmer and i just wanted to get it running in the state it is in :D And i dont really know how Github works and just finding my way in processing.

I think im rather close to it working but as i said, the PixelPusher library is giving me troubles...

Is that repository really for processing? The folder "library" is not there but "lib". Is that the same? If i just change the name it cant see it either... Am i missing something?

I also tried to run the exe of the last alpha but oracle seem to have thrown out the old java versions.

If you could give me a comment on that would be awesome! But it understand if that is not possible! :)

Thanks

Hmm @diegegenlichtfront this might be too late, but I would try using an older version of processing if you are having trouble. Try v3 first and if not try v2. They can be found here.

There are lots of good processing tutorials, especially the ones by Dan Shiffman.

Here is how to manually install a library if it's not in the add library menu.

I think the library folder is generally what you want. If I remember correctly, when using java-based stuff, you don't want to touch the lib folder - I think that is for core java libraries. library is what you want.

Processing is designed as a code-learning platform, so tinkering with it is an excellent way to get started! Because of this, there are so many tutorials, videos, forums, etc. You can almost always find an answer for a specific error, although it might take a bit of thinking. Good luck!!
