R&D: Plausible Custom Page Props

Looks like Plausible has finally rolled out Custom Page Props (their equivalent to Google custom dimensions). The feature is in beta so we should try it!

Documentation

I'm open to how we want to approach this. I think it may be wise to take something like Authors, set them up, and better understand the tool because we implement a tool like Categories.

If this works, we should also think if we want to continue using Goals or switch over to this. If we can switch over to this, then we may save on the Plausible bill.
