cinfo 输出问题 #386

需要修改cinfo的输出bug：

cinfo -d

目前输出为没有对应的分区，描述有误，需要改进，可以参照slurm的输出，将每个分区每一种状态组织为一行：

cinfo -t MIX
目前输出为：

同样按照上述格式组织输出
