Fix sort by PackageID in search results #99

To reproduce: Perform a simple search in the portal, then click on the Package Id header.

Currently, the Package Id is sorted alphabetically. It should be split up and sorted alphabetically and numerically.

The same issue is also present in the journal citations table.
