Inventory: Source list items - New design

General re-design of source list items to show the required information (and not more).

1. "Type"
   Differentiate between source type as provided by the API:/ingests/{uuid} --> sources[].type {NDI, BMD, MediaSourceGenerator, SRT} and "type" as entered manually on the source and stored in mongo DB (camera, etc)

2. Source card
   Add "type" as provided by the API
   Do we really need video/audio details on card in list?
