Customizable web view user agent

This is so the site owner can more accurately track how much traffic is coming from their app. We can leverage capacitor's "customWebViewUserAgent" configuration (https://capacitorjs.com/docs/apis/inappbrowser#webviewoptions)

There's an easier way that doesn't involve changing the code. Capacitor has overrideUserAgent and appendUserAgent in the config: https://capacitorjs.com/docs/config

Ah - I was looking for those but couldn't find it. The capacitor config for the final app wrapper project is still generated by the script, so we'll need to wire that up in our scripts regardless.
