Alternate Keyboard Layouts are not respected

Describe the bug
When using a keyboard layout where the V key moves, the paste function does not respect the new layout and instead invokes whatever letter is mapped to the V

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enable "paste"
2. Change your layout to Dvorak (as an example) within the OS
3. Start a dictation and complete
4. The text is not pasted and instead the CMD+k is invoked (in the case of Dvorak)

Expected behavior
The text should be pasted in the current active text box

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: MacOS 26.4.1

yeah, I just found this, too -- with the dvorak keyboard mapping on mac OS, openwhispr tries to paste with cmd-K

This is fixed in PR #1822

@gabrielste1n I use the Dvorak keyboard layout and I've been running with this patch for a few months now and just cleaned up the commit so others can benefit too. #1822 is just a few lines.

I did try other approaches first, like actually sending the V or C symbol so we don't have to do layout detection, but failed to get anywhere with that approach. I'm happy enough with it though.
