I work with Kubuntu 24.04. When I start the GUI, everything is displayed very small. If I now load a track and thus also a video (see screenshot, video resolution 320x240), everything remains very cramped, so that you can't see much of the workspace and the visualization filters.
It would make sense if the video or the frame area were always changed to a certain relative size of the screen, but at least to a size where you can see the complete control elements.
