Implement SDK read functions — getStream, getClaimable, getStreamsByUser

Depends on the SDK initialization issue. Implement typed TypeScript wrappers for all read-only contract functions. Each function should accept plain JavaScript types and return typed objects — no ScVal handling required from the consumer.
