rel-DB: Remove database- and schema-setup from datastore

With the next step to go with development of relational db the datastore-servcie is not needed anymore. The backend will take over the responsibility for creating the database and maintaining the schema. 
This issue will stop it in the datastore-service for branch feature/relational-db.
