What happened?

train_schedules(17).json

When hovering the linear data layers (electrical profiles, speed limit tags, ...), the reticule doesn't follow the mouse anymore.

However, some of the behavior associated to the reticule is still there (hiding the name of the operational points in the space axis, and fading the ticks on approach)

What did you expect to happen?

I expect either full behavior of the reticule or none at all (no fading, no hiding OP name).

If the reticule stays, then it would maybe conflict with some of the linear bar behavior, like the electrical profiles. What do you think @thibautsailly ?

How can we reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)?

  1. Go to https://openrailassociation.github.io/osrd-ui/?path=/docs/speedspacechart-rendering--docs
  2. Activate the aforementionned layers
  3. Hover your mouse over them
  4. Witness no reticule moving, but some reticule effects
