New index page has out of date LPPe 2.0 URL & date

Currently the new index web page for the enabler OMA LPP Extensions - LPPe has the following issues:

• V2.0 URL is to https://www.openmobilealliance.org/release/LPPe/V2_0-20130521-C instead of https://www.openmobilealliance.org/release/LPPe/V2_0-20200804-C/
• hovering the mouse over V2.0 displays "May 2013" instead of "August 2020"

@rubystream there is a problem with the rendering of V2.0 in the LPP Extensions.

V2.0 is the last Candidate for this Enabler, it didn't have any Approve release. This version 2.0 has three Candidate releases. The last one is dated on Aug 2020. But the logic on the system displays the version dated May 2013 instead of Aug 2020.
We could resolve the issue by adding the display flag, but we will hide the issue.

It seems that there is something in the logic that is not right. Could you please investigate?

Another example of a similar new index web page issue is for the enabler OMA Converged IP Messaging - CPM:

• V2.2 URL is to https://www.openmobilealliance.org/release/CPM/V2_2-20170926-C instead of https://www.openmobilealliance.org/release/CPM/V2_2-20200907-C
• hovering the mouse over V2.0 displays "September 2017" instead of "September 2020"

The wrong Candidate with same version selection by date is fixed in version be1d005
