Historic releases are always displayed in the new web page Approved column (minor)

Both Candidate and Approved releases can be made Historic e.g. OMA RCS Profile of RESTful Network APIs. However in the new index page Historic releases are always displayed in the Approved column regardless of whether it was a Candidate release that was made Historic or an Approved release.

This issue is relatively minor.

The possible resolutions include:

1. Add a new column specifically for all Historic releases
2. Move all Historic releases to a new dedicated web page

@jmudge let's have a chat about this one. Is really important that the Enabler is declared Historic under a specific column?
It will require to develop another logic for something that it is historic.

@jpradocueva it would not be easy for an automatic tool to identify which column an Historic release should be displayed in, so I'm closing this issue.
