Add additional multi-module test projects for automated testing.

In order to build automated testing for the multi-module support we require test applications that cover a variety of topologies for multi-module Maven projects. See #1113 for the first multi-module project that was introduced for testing with LTI. The ci.maven GitHub project contains many more test applications: https://github.com/OpenLiberty/ci.maven/tree/main/liberty-maven-plugin/src/it/dev-it/resources/multi-module-projects. The project layouts are summarized here. These test applications should be reviewed. It would probably be a good idea to reuse them for testing multi-module Maven support in LTI.

Whomever picks up this work item should feel free to create sub-issues for each of the test applications.
