Create TerminalKeyboard component

## Summary
Create a terminal-style component for displaying keyboard shortcut guides and key legends.

## Acceptance Criteria
- Define a typed component API and export it from `components/terminal.tsx`
- Support combinations such as `Cmd+K`, arrow keys, and multi-step hints
- Add a playground example that demonstrates common shortcuts
- Include JSDoc comments for the exported API
