Fix terminal scrolling on mobile devices #79
Description
Summary
Improve scrolling behavior for terminal content on mobile browsers, especially iOS Safari.
Acceptance Criteria
- Add the CSS needed for smooth touch scrolling
- Prevent overscroll/rubber-band behavior inside the terminal pane
- Verify the experience in responsive mode
- Document any browser-specific tradeoffs in the PR
