The issue link and number don't resolve (anymore) as the issues are entirely disabled in this repository. That means that a part of the documentation for that parameter (OIDCStateMaxNumberOfCookies) and its background and reasoning are not accessible.

Could these issues be made accessible, e.g. by converting them to discussions and adapting the links?
