Fresh install, Tests fail and computer stuck midway

I am new to this software and tried installing it. after running the opengate_tests code as per the tutorial, some of the tests fail and computer gets stuck midway. Restarts sometimes too.
I have a windows Asus Rog with 16Gigs of RAM Ryzen 7 Processor
