Update Outdated Acknowledgements #3010
Description
The Acknowledgements sections in the OpenFAST ReadMe file and readthedocs are outdated. In addition to those listed (DOE WETO, Envision, BYU, UMass-Amherst, IPCC), there are several other institutions that have contributed source code to OpenFAST, or funded NREL to develop further. This documentation should be updated to be more complete, including:
