Extend on-device sessions with remote MCP tools.
Scope:
- Streamable HTTP and SSE transports from the engine's MCP client; no stdio servers on iOS (sandbox: no subprocesses)
- OAuth flows for servers that need them; tokens in Keychain
- Server management UI: add, health, enable per session; MCP tools respect permission modes
