Why 10000+ tools

In the readme it says there are 3451 tools and 16464 apis, however the tools in the directory toolenv/tools contains more than 10000 tools and nearly 50000 apis, where can I find the filter process

In fact, by my count, there are more than 77,000 unique APIs. So do you know why?
Also, the paper mentions that the Number of Real API Calls is 469585. I really don't know how to get this and where it is in the data set.
