Issues related to reading OpenMC cross-section data

I noticed that in openmc_import.cc there is no handling of precursor-related data, for example:
mgxs.num_precursors_ = 0;
and there is no implementation for quantities such as nu_prompt_sigma_f_ and nu_delayed_sigma_f_.

However, these features are present in opensn_import.cc. Is this because the workflow of obtaining cross sections from OpenMC-generated HDF5 files is not yet fully developed? Or does it mean that using opensn_import.cc is currently the more complete approach?

If that is the case, how are the cross-section files that opensn_import.cc reads actually generated?
