Folder Options in Open Shell?

When I switched pc to a new Win10, Open Shell was one of my first installs, love it. But I can't find the toggle to default to opening a window in a NEW window. I'm sure it's here somewhere. But this leads to a background question. In my display settings the resolution is set to 1920 and it's ghosted, no other choices. So I've set the scale to 150% for my old eyes. That's not an Open Shell question, but is there any way to make the Shell's ribbon items' font size bigger? It's too small to read.
