Add a VI/VIM section

This repository contains several micro-solutions that explain and provide code-snippets to address programming challenges and provide a quick-search solutions to problems/questions developers face each day.

But i noticed that VI/VIM has no specific folder addressing the technology at all. VIM is a code editor that some developers find hard to use and has a larger learning-curve than most. Maybe providing a VI/VIM folder on the onelinerhub repository with some quick-tips on how to get started (like using the commands to write to file, save, quit, and more) might help a few people.

Any thoughts on this? Contributions on that topic would be welcomed?
