Chmod as seperate folder

Hi all, I'm thinking of going through the docs for chmod and adding the relevant files here, as I want to learn more about it and might as well contribute at the same time.
Was just wondering whether I should make a new folder for it?
Any feedback is very welcome 🦕

realised that there's chmod.md and chmod_recursive.mdin the bash folder, would still want to cover the other options if it's worth it
