It'd be great to see support for Call Hierarchy Incoming Calls and Call Hierarchy Outgoing Calls in OmniSharp. Are there any plans for this?

The methods callHierarchy/incomingCalls and callHierarchy/outgoingCalls respond, but they just echo back the item that you provide it with. textDocument/prepareCallHierarchy responds with "method not found".

The same applies to textDocument/prepareTypeHierarchy and typeHierarchy/supertypes
