If
setlocalis called after the first call tounicode_to_utf8we can get a nullptr in anexpr_str_tpotentially leading to a segfault.The only way I could trigger this bug myself was by writing a program that called
set_localedirectly but I can't rule out some library or glibc function calling it out.
