generation comes with Initialization failed

Hello,

I just tried with the pdb file "1z6e" in the example, when comes to the generation part, it result in some errors, always printing "Initialization failed!" I have no idea what is going wrong with the procedures. But with the ply file "3cl_pocket_8.0_res_1.5.ply" there is no problem. with other pdbs, it is not working.

well, I think it might be the problem that the surface generated is too small,never mind

I guess so. : ) Try to generate surface files directly from co-crystalled structures.
