[BUG] Bias voltage display not updating ramp down #623

Describe the bug
When ramping the bias voltage down to a non-zero target voltage, the displayed voltage on the GUI screen doesn't update. This is purely cosmetic, but should still be fixed.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Run a sequence that has a Ph2ACF test following and IVCurve. The voltage on the HV device will behave correctly, but the GUI displays the higher value of the voltage instead of what the actual voltage is.
Expected behavior
The bias voltage will ramp to the correct target voltage following the IVCurve and the GUI will correctly display what that voltage is.
