When thermal cycling modules we will need to mark the modules that have been thermal cycled as thermal cycled. The functionality is not quite there in felis/panthera yet but this should be automated in the GUI.
Describe the solution you'd like
The thermal chamber can already be turned on from the GUI. We just need a way to pass a series of module numbers that will then hopefully be passed to felis. We may also want to be able to name our thermal chamber sequences.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Alternatively, the user would have to manually mark them all in the GUI.
