Description

The goal of this ticket is for @JoshuaSBrown to add the following secrets to https://hub.docker.com/r/joshuasbrown/cpp-py-formatter

Acceptance Criteria

• These must be from the account that owns https://hub.docker.com/r/joshuasbrown/cpp-py-formatter
• Add DOCKER_USER
• Add DOCKER_TOKEN
• Once complete, erun https://github.com/JoshuaSBrown/cpp-py-formatter/actions/runs/13276760850/job/37067657638#step:5:1. This must pass and successfully upload the new version to docker hub
